This picture looks like it is out of focus. If you look at the tapes on the rack, they are blurry. At full screen (or set as background), it feels like the picture was taken from a low res camera and then blown up to meet the dual screen size. Good attempt, but I think you need to take the picture again with a high resolution camera.

I don't think it has been stretched (in fact I downscaled the original 3888x2592 image) but you are right the the person who took the photo either wasn't focusing their camera properly or just had a low quality camera.

You can see I have edited it a fair bit. I have filtered noise slightly, sharpened it a lot, and tried to correct the contrast.
I feel it is a good idea for an image so I tried to enhance it as much as I could, but as you can see there was not too much to work with :)
There are lots of high quality images on this site, though, don't give up hope!
